Bargello Snowflake
Work the Bargello needlepoint stitch in metallic blue, white, and silver for a pretty winter design. We used an ornament frame from a craft store for the finishing; look for similar ones at discount or department stores around the holidays. This is a fun way to use your Kreinik stash, so feel free to change colors as desired.
Materials needed:
- 18-mesh brown or white mono canvas (we used a 3” x 3” piece for our model)
- Kreinik 1/16” Ribbon in colors 101 Platinum, 3506 Blue Samba, 029L Dyelectric Blue — color 029L has been discontinued, so substitute with 029 Turquoise
- #22 Tapestry needle
- purchased ornament frame
