British designer Judy Dixon shares another sweet, simple design that can be stitched in a jiffy. Silk Serica, which is used here for satin stitching, has such a softness, making smooth, shiny stitches. Finished in a decorative box (like those made by Framecraft), Pearl Drops would make a beautiful gift.

Materials needed:

• Kreinik Very Fine (#4) Braid in 007 Pink and 013 Beige
• Kreinik Silk Serica in 8000 Soft White
• 11” x 11” piece of 28-count white linen
• 13 x 3mm white round pearl-like beads
• white sewing thread
