- DMC embroidery floss 3821, 3825
- Fabri-Tac™ permanent adhesive by Beacon™
- Whimsy Glass Bead by Wichelt Imports: two turquoise blue (#5013) and two dark crystal green (#5133)
- scissors
- plastic canvas needle #18
- backing material: fabric, perforated paper, card stock, or similar
- pinback or magnet
