- Hash Brown Potato Bake

- One of our readers shares a
delicious recipe she discovered. She flavored the dish with her own
special touch. Great for a special breakfast treat!
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb. frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced, cooked
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 10-3/4 oz. sour cream
- 6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups rice toasted cereal
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
Method:
- Arrange thawed hash browns in 13 x 9 x 2-ich
baking pan.
- Mix in onion and bacon.
- Combine soup and sour cream.
- Pour over top of potato mixture.
- Combine cereal and butter.
- Sprinkle over the top of cheese.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until
heated through.
